Arbitrator selection

Mongolian International and National Sports arbitration is an independent, specialized and permanent organization that deals independently and irrespective of the sport-related dispute.Our arbitration is in cooperation with the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the International Olympic Committee and the sports arbitration of several countries.

Obligations of arbitrator:

• Resolve sports and disputes independently, solely in conformity with the Constitution of Mongolia,   other laws, the International Olympic Committee, and the Olympic Charter.

• Independence

• Be out-of-bound

• Relatively independent

• Be free from bribery

• Honest and responsible

Requirements for lawyers:

• Be a qualified lawyer

• Must qualify for judicial selection

• No criminal prosecution

• Must be over 30 years of age

Requirements for candidates from sports organizations:

• Experience with sports profession and degree of athlete and athletic work experience  (teacher, coach, sports court), expert in the sport,

• No criminal prosecution

• Must be over 30 years of age

Required documents:

• CV

• Copies of diplomas

• Copy of personal ID card

• Photo size 3x4 size / 2 percent /

• nominated official letter from a sports organization
