On this Seminar Korean Commercial Arbitration Board director Heehwan Kwon; Proffesor of the Seoul University and Korean Commercial Arbitration board's arbitrator Benjamin Hughes gave us presentation about  "Asian Arbitration system: Developement and trends of Asian arbitration Centers". In addition, they introduced about their organization which is Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and there was a video which shows it's procedure of arbitration.  

Afterwards, the President of the Mongolian Lawyers Association , Director of "Dachen Dentos" law firm NANDINTSETSEG.D; A member of the working group to draft the revised draft law on arbitration, Advocacy "MDS KHANLEX" DPP partner DUGERJAV.D; the secretary general of the Mongolian International and National Arbitration, A member of the working group to draft the revised draft law on arbitration GUNJDAGVA.CH; the secretary general of the Mongolian Lawyers Associations; Expert Advisory Council NANDINTSETSEG.T and the arbitrator of the Arbitration Center at the Ulaanbaatar Chamber of Commerce; Professor, Legal Professor, Professor of Law ERDENEBOLD.TS discussed open about "Updated New Arbitration Code: Innovative coordination"

"Theoretical and practical issues facing the court to confirm the enforcement of arbitral awards" discussion given by the Director of the Advocacy "ELC" DPP, President of the Advocacy Partnership Support Committee BAYAR.B;Proffesor of the Seoul University and Korean Commercial Arbitration board's arbitrator Benjamin Hughes; Executive Director of the General Council of Courts, Doctor of Laws MENDSAIKHAN. T; Judge of Citizen Court of Citizens Affairs, Bayanzurkh District MANDALBAYAR.B and  Chief Judge of the Chief Executive Officer, Decision Enforcement Division, Senior Lieutenant ZAYA.A, discussed their views and asked the participants of the seminary.
